  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Partial refunds calculated based on unused service credits
  • No refunds for services fully consumed or after the refund period

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or updates
  • Third-party service dependencies
  • Force majeure events

8. Data and Privacy

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Is harmful to other users or the Service
  • Violates applicable laws

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" below. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
